Typographic Poster Design

Client: Personal Project

Deliverables: Poster Design

A typographic interpretation of W.B Yeats 'A Drinking Song'. The posters aim was to promote a poetry night, its target audience was a demographic who would not usually frequent these kinds of nights. It was influenced by Japanese typesetting which reads from top to bottom of a page, this gave the appearance of the letterforms flowing or pouring off the page.
